I took a client to your Harpenden Branch last week and have to say the food was fantastic, the friendliness of staff and the level of service was excellent.

We have eaten regularly at the Bangkok Lounge since it opened in Harpenden, originally as the Blue Orchid, in 2006.

In that time, we have never had a meal that was other than excellent. We have come to know the staff well and are always made very welcome- the service is as good as the food!

We have taken many friends there for meals and we know that each of them has returned subsequently which is probably as good a recommendation as you can get!

I recently got a takeaway from the Bangkok Lounge and unfortunately as I left, the bag split and all my meal hit the floor. Without a word, I was asked back in and the meal was recooked at no additional cost.....that is what I call service. The food is great too. I also smashed the car that night, but that is another story......

Bangkok Lounge. What can I say. The best thai food, best service, best atmosphere, and so very authentic too. Love it love it love it!! Love it so much, we eat there a few times a week!!

There were 15 of us last week and the Food was brilliant & quick - service with a smile by the pretty waitresses. Will be there soon with the gang :)

The best Thai food that I have ever had. My sister has been to Thailand and says that this is the only restaurant she has come across which genuinely manages to bring Thailand to England! I love coming to your restaurant, not only is the food wonderful but the service is unique too. A truly authentic experience. Five stars!

I have visited the Bangkok Lounge now a few times and I must say it is the finest Thai Restaurant that I have ever eaten in and I have eaten in some in Langkowi. The food is excellent and the peresentation superb. I would recommend anyone to go there I certainly shall again !!! Good Luck you deserve any honours that you get. 21/4/2010

I have now been to Bangkok Lounge 4/5 times after moving to the area recently and it is simply the best Thai Restaurant I have ever been to, I will not be going anywhere else for Thai food!

The food is not only delivered quickly and beautifully presented but tastes as good as it looks- if not better! To top off the experience the staff are always friendly, attentive and efficient.

I cannot recommend The Bangkok Lounge enough. Outstanding.

I ate at your new restaurant in Harpenden on Tuesday night and can honestly say it was the best meal I have ever had. I enjoy all kinds of cuisine, Indian, Chinese, Italian, French and many others, but Tuesday was the first time I had tried Thai. I found the food fantastic. The flavours are amazing, the staff & service are first class and the atmosphere was wonderful.
I will definitely be back and have recommended your restaurant to many of my friends and colleagues already.

My boyfriend took me to the Bangkok Lounge for my birthday last night. I have to say it was absolutely fabulous. I'm a vegetarian and the choice of dishes was amazing. The staff are lovely and very friendly.

I took my partner there for his birthday last week, we enjoyed the food so much we are having a take away tonight! What stood out for us was the freshness of the food. The staff were very friendly and the service was great , looking forward sharing this experience with friends .

This is my favourite restaurant and serves the nicest Thai food I have ever had. Food tastes so fresh, portion sizes are excellent. I have been 7/8 times now and it is always amazing.
